The Harvest Festival celebrates the Ready, Set, Grow! Pumpkin Growing contest. Proceeds from the Harvest Festival fund this six year old educational program that is offered free to children ages 5-12. Find out more about the contest at www.readysetgrowal.webs.com. The Harvest Festival features: Southeast U.S./Regional, artistsans and crafters of all media types. Children’s Activities Live Music and Food vendors We expect a great crowd! There will certainly be something for everyone in the family. Eligible vendors: õ Artisans and crafters of all media types welcome – all items MUST be hand made by local, Southeast U.S./Regional, artists. · NO imported (non-U.S.) goods will be allowed. · NO wholesale to retail or resale items allowed · NO yard sale or flea market items allowed. õ Catalog/Direct Sales Independent Contractors (limited to display/demo & catalog orders only) õ Licensed Food Vendors õ Children’s Advocacy groups and community outreach and non-profit organizations Please submit photos and/or description of the types of items or services you will be selling or promoting. The RSG Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any work it feels inappropriate to this show. We will be drawing for several door prizes throughout the day and ask (but it is not required) that each vendor donate a door prize by 7:30 a.m. Please list and describe the gift you will be donating on your vendor registration form. The RSG Festival committee will issue certificates to the winner(s) and they will be sent to your booth to pick up their prize. Must be present to win. Deadline for registration August 16st, 2010 - $40 Spaces are limited by category so secure your place before your category is filled. Register early! After August 16th registration will increase to $65.
